The Embassy Seva Vanitha unit has donated a further sum of Rs. 405,912/- to the Foreign Ministry Seva Vanitha Unit for charitable purposes out of funds raised by the unit in Kuwait.   A bank draft to the said sum drawn in favour of “Foreign Ministry Seva Vanitha Unit” has been forwarded to the Chairperson of the Foreign Ministry Seva Vanitha Unit with a covering letter dated 31st December 2010 from  the  Sri Lankan Embassy Seva Vanitha Unit.  

It is recalled that on 29th September 2010 a bank draft to the value of Rs. 01 mn was handed over to the Foreign Ministry Audit Team visiting Kuwait by Chairperson / Sri Lankan Embassy Seva Vanitha Unit to be credited to the Ministry Seva Vanitha Account.
