To: All Sri Lankans abroad

The Department of Motor Traffic has introduced a new “Smart Card driving license” with effect from 27th March 2009 which can be obtained through Sri Lankan missions abroad.  Those who would like to obtain the new Smart Card driving license are requested to follow the guidelines referred to in the circular issued by the Department of Motor Traffic which is attached hereto.
